Using Directus as your backend, use at least one MCP-powered action or integration, to build a project, it’s as open as that. Completely up to you which direction you go with it, we want to see how you use the MCP with Directus.

Hey @debabrata_pattnayak, we’ve received your registration, you should receive an email shortly. Let us know if you have any questions in the mean time, thanks
I’m pretty much ready to submit my entry, but I’m struggling with trying to prepare my repository so that users can go from a blank project to a working example. I’m trying to use schema-sync but there are circular dependencies that are keeping the project from launching fully. I’m admittedly being a bit scrappy with it right now in an attempt to get to the finish line. Any advice?
Hey @JayShoe, exciting times! Have a look at the extracting a template section in the Directus Template CLI repo in Directus Labs and hopefully that should point you in the right direction. If not, let us know where you’re struggling and we can go from there
The schema-sync module didn’t work for sharing the “template”. The workflow, as is now described on my repo will allow users to download and launch the full project including the frontend. Fun!
A huge thank you to each and every participant in the hackathon , the judges were really impressed with the creativity shown and the standard of entries. We hope everyone enjoyed participating and exploring what can be done with the MCP.
Congratulations to both! The judges were very impressed with the entries for their creative approaches to improving real world problems. Great job, please look out for an email from me today to arrange prizes!
