Directus suddenly has issued refund and removed content

Hi,

Not sure what happened. I have been using Directus for the past 18 months to manage content for our blog. Yesterday, I received a notice that they had issued a partial refund for my annual payment from 11/25. Today, all of my content (approximately 150 articles) has been removed from the account.

Can someone give me any guidance as to what I need to do to restore my content/account?
