Unexpected Project Deletion – Need Help Investigating

Hello everyone,

Today I tried to access my Directus Cloud instance, but the URL was not loading anything. Because of this, I went to the dashboard to check what was happening, and I found that my project had been destroyed about 18 hours ago.

According to the logs, the project was deleted by my own user account:

šŸ”„ Project Destroyed: ops-management (by xxx@xxxxx.xxx) 18 hours ago

The issue is that I was on vacation during that time, so I’m sure I did not log in or perform this action.

My account credentials are stored securely in a password vault, using a strong and unique password, so this situation is very unexpected.

I would like to ask:

  • Is there any way to get more detailed logs about this action?

  • Can I see the IP address or location from which the deletion was performed?

  • Is there any possibility to recover the project or its data, even partially?

  • Are there any known issues or similar cases?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated, as I’m trying to understand what happened :melting_face:
