I created mail send flow for quotation form .
but email can not send to user why .

Would love to help you out, but unfortunately, I don’t think I’ve got enough context to provide a great response here.
If you’re having trouble sending emails, I’d make sure that you’ve got your email configuration set up correctly first.

Can you share the Flow and mail configuration? But please mask your mail password/loginname. Basically a flow would be a great solution to send some kind of email based on an event.
