Lately very often I experience that flows that had some failed operations are not being logged at all. I’ve noticed that on Webhook / Request URL failed operations, but it is not limited to only that operation, sometimes there could be an error in other flows like Run Script, and failed execution of the flow is not visible in flow’s logs.
Is this some wider issue or is it just problem with my Directus instance(s)?
