Data Model as singleton for specific user roles

So I am currently working on a multi tenant saas. I’ve set up a data model called tenants in which I store basic information about that tenant and additionally style information for the front end.

I’ve got it working so far that when a user that is assigned to workspace A he doesn’t see workspace B and so on. But since users are not allowed on multiple workspaces, I would love to have the opportunity to show the tenants data model as a singleton for every user with the role of editor.

I as an admin though would like to be able to access the workspace settings for different clients in order to make adjustments there when they want agency design services.

is there any way to do that or would I need to change my tenant selection before I go into a tenants config data model?

Hi! If I am understanding correctly, you basically want to treat the tenants collection as a singleton for non-admins, but for admins it would be regular collection? If so, I do not believe that is something we support right now. From my searches, it appears this has been a feature request in the past but didn’t gain a ton of support.
