I mean the red cycle place, change the default 12:00 to 00:00, any way I can set this? or which configuration table/field I can update, thanks!

There’s currently no way to configure the default time in the picker, no. That’s a great feature request though! I’ve shared it with the team so we can consider this for future implementation. Thanks!
